Launched in 2001, Transatlantic Law International has grown to provide services in every major region of the world .
We provide services globally, regionally, locally and have regional coordinators through affiliates in the European Union, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia/CIS, the Middle East and Africa, Latin America, the USA (for labor and employment law), China, India and Asia and the Pacific.
While providing an integrated service, however, we are not a single firm, a partnership, or joint venture of independent law firms and counsel. Instead Transatlantic Law, which is a limited liability company, acts as your global legal service provider, both providing advice from and through our own group of advisers, and bringing in and managing independent law firms and specialist counsel to deliver the solutions. Each firm and specialist remains responsible for their own advice, with Transatlantic remaining responsible for providing the overall service.
This structure gives us the independence and flexibility to view our
resources objectively, making sure you have the right team for the right
tasks, controlling budgets and billing, and retaining the ability to change
teams and lawyers or bring in specialists when you or the task requires.
As with any global organization, of course, all services are governed strictly by our standard Terms and Conditions of Service, including our limitations of liability, which apply to all Transatlantic Law services however and wherever provided, including those of our affiliates and individual providers.
