Colombia Update: Termination of the COVID-19 Sanitary Emergency

The President of Colombia announced that as of June 30th, 2022, the Covid-19 sanitary emergency will be terminated.

Considering the above, the home office modality that had been implemented due to the sanitary emergency will no longer be enforceable.

For employers who intend to continue under flexible work schemes, we suggest implementing telecommuting (teletrabajo).
