International Property and Real Estate

Transatlantic Law’s international property and real estate practice encompasses all aspects of corporate and commercial property and real estate: acquisitions and disposals; legal aspects of asset and property management; construction; development and funding; dispute resolution and litigation; finance; leasing; investment vehicles (including limited partnerships, unit trusts, onshore and offshore investment funds); and planning and environmental law.

Our group experience is broad-ranging and extends to assisting leading property funds, developers, companies, and occupiers; international property investors; hotel companies; landlords and tenants; and lenders and borrowers.

We have dedicated property teams in most countries, ready to assist in matters ranging from property aspects of mergers and acquisitions to direct investments in new developments.

Our diverse knowledge and experience allows us to find solutions for difficult legal problems, often in rapidly changing regulatory environments and across a wide range of countries.
