Managed Services for Cross-Border and Major Projects: And by Legal and Geographic Areas

For cross-border projects involving the laws and regulations of more than one country, or any major project, such as an acquisition, disposition, reorganization, a material regulatory issue affecting multiple business units, a significant arbitration or litigation, or any other material or unusual matter that requires a global perspective, our Managed Services provide immediate central oversight and management from start to finish, led by our experienced team leaders in all major regions with significant cross-border and global level experience outside their own countries, so clients will have a leader in place for the overall project, appointed based on the geography and other key considerations, plus complete access to local teams as requested or needed, to manage aspects of the project locally as they wish, for example, through their own internal regional coordinators.
